 Our story

Caring for loved ones with special needs is a journey of joy, exhaustion, and resilience, often all in one day. As a mother of twins, Nadyne and Jaxon, who were born prematurely at 32 weeks, I have lived through the many emotions and challenges that come with raising children with global developmental delays and sensory processing disorder.

It took me two long years to find the right caregiver for my twins—someone who was not only capable but open to learning the unique skills required to care for children with special needs.

My husband and I were both juggling full-time careers, raising two older school-age children, and managing the complexities of our twins’ care. It quickly became clear that we needed help. But finding caregivers who were both qualified and empathetic enough to understand and address the unique needs of our children proved to be a daunting task. We encountered domestic helpers who, despite basic training, lacked the specialised knowledge or emotional capacity to support our family’s needs.

That’s why I started this agency—to support families facing similar challenges.

It took me two long years to find the right caregiver for my twins—someone who was not only capable but open to learning the unique skills required to care for children with special needs. My gem of a helper wasn’t a ready-made expert; she was willing to grow with our family and adapt to the challenges we faced. This experience opened my eyes to the significant gap in the caregiving industry for families like mine.

That’s why I started this agency—to support families facing similar challenges. We recruit and train domestic helpers specifically to care for children and adults with special needs. Whether you need a live-in caregiver or part-time support with therapy, we’re here to provide compassionate, reliable assistance.

Families like mine deserve nothing less than care that is as patient and understanding as it is skilled.
