Caregiver training and workshops

The right  care begins with the right training. Our structured programmes ensure that every caregiver has the confidence, skills, and understanding needed to provide outstanding support to individuals with special needs.

Our training initiatives are led by our experienced Care Professional Azmah, and have been designed to bridge the gap between general caregiving and the specialised skills required for supporting individuals with diverse needs.

General caregiver training
(pre-deployment)

Before placement with a family, all our caregivers will undergo general caregiver training before starting work. This foundational training equips them with essential knowledge and skills to provide effective care for children with special needs.

This training ensures that caregivers are well-prepared and confident before starting their roles.

* This training covers basic caregiving skills and is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical training. Caregivers should always follow the employer's instructions and seek professional guidance when necessary.

On-site caregiver training

Every care situation is unique.

Our occupational therapist (OT) provides in-home coaching tailored to the specific needs of both the caregiver and the individual receiving care.

This one-on-one training helps caregivers navigate daily routines and challenges effectively.

Interactive workshops for caregivers

Our regular workshops provide opportunities for skill enhancement and valuable peer connection.

Ongoing learning and community support are vital for caregiver success. In addition to training, we organise hands-on workshops designed to enhance skills and build a strong support network for caregivers and domestic helpers.

*While our training programmes are comprehensive, they complement rather than replace professional therapy or medical intervention. Our caregivers work as part of a support team, following family guidance and professional recommendations to provide the best possible care.
